Zinio is an online service that provides access to digital copies of popular magazines using a computer, tablet or mobile device.  The library offers free unlimited access for all BPLD cardholders to a collection of over 50 titles.

Freegal is a downloadable music service for Bartlett Public Library District cardholders. All you need is your library card number and PIN. With access to the Sony Music Entertainment catalog, it offers hundreds of thousands of songs, over 100 genres of music, and more than 50 record labels, all without having to download software or have any digital rights management (DRM) issues to deal with.

  • If you have an Apple device (Iphone/Ipad/Itouch), you will be able to download the Freegal App by doing a search for “Freegal Music” in the App Store.
  • If you have an Android phone or tablet, you will be able to search for “Freegal Music” in the Google Play store.
  • Amazon and Barnes & Noble have not made the apps available in their stores.

OverDrive is an e-Media collection featuring downloadable audiobooks and eBooks for Bartlett Public Library District cardholders. All you need is your library card number and PIN. eBooks and eAudiobooks can be downloaded to your computer and exported to a portable listening device such as a Nook, iPod or MP3 player. Why are certain authors not available through the Library's OverDrive collection?

Many popular authors are not available in eBook format for Libraries to purchase. Below is a list of the “Big Five” publishing houses information on eBook availability for public libraries as of September 1, 2014
